Program Highlights

This diploma program prepares students for supportive roles in the education sector. It is designed to equip future Educational Assistants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to work effectively with teachers and students. Throughout the program, learners explore key concepts in child development, learning processes, teaching strategies, classroom management, and student supervision. Training also covers the various responsibilities of Educational Assistants in both early childhood and special education settings.

Career Opportunities

Graduates gain the skills required to assist teachers and counsellors in elementary and secondary school environments. Employment opportunities can be found in public and private schools, specialized learning centres, and treatment or support facilities that work with children and youth.
